I am a model with the Houghton Talent Agency in Atlanta and before Fadi, I didn't work that much. Basic Rates

Clients within the Atlanta Area (Full-Time Training Fee):
* $4,000 per month flat fee (equivalent to $200 per hour based on average training frequency, see below.)

Clients within the Atlanta Area (Part-Time Training Fee):
* $2,000 per month flat fee for a maximum of 2 sessions per week. Call for availability. (See below.)

Clients outside of Atlanta Area or State (EXCLUSIVELY WITH FADI):
* $15,000 per month flat fee + travel expenses and lodging, see below.

Corporate Events, Seminars or other Speaking Engagements:
* Please call or e-mail for quote (see below)

Create a Home Gym, Corporate Gym, or Facilitate any other form of exercise venue for either private or corporate use :

How Often Do We Train?
For FULL-TIME ($4,000) training, we train as often as I deem it necessary to reach your goals as quickly as possible. This can mean working out anywhere from 3 - 4 days per week. Your fee covers ALL of our training session, as well as nutritional counseling, meal planning, and anything and everything needed to cover your complete transformation. Check out the Services page to see all that I offer.

In other words, we will do whatever it takes and train as often as it takes to complete the program in the desired timeframe.

  • In the case of PART-TIME ($2,000) training, we will only train a maximum of 1 - 2 times per week for the full month that you are training with me. This also includes nutritional counseling, meal planning and anything needed to cover your complete transformation.
     

  • If you have a limited amount of time, or are looking for a more condensed training protocol, I offer a $2,000 package for 2 weeks of FULL-TIME training. Call or e-mail me for more details and availability.

Where Do We Train?
The beauty of the service that I offer is that we are not bound or restricted in any way, shape or form. We can train wherever we need to, and whenever we need to. Depending on your circumstances, we may train in a local gym, at your home, outdoors, or any combination thereof. You leave that all up to me. Upon securing training time with me, I will take the necessary steps to ensure a smooth and seamless training experience where all you have to do is show up and be accountable.

Within the Atlanta Area:
Any client wishing to train with me that lives within the immediate Atlanta Area is only responsible for paying a flat fee of $4,000 per month (pro-rated if less than a month, 2 weeks minimum).

This covers all aspects of training, including those mentioned in the Services page.

Outside the Atlanta Area:
Any client wishing to train with me that lives outside the immediate Atlanta Area is responsible for paying a flat fee of $15,000 per month (pro-rated if less than a month, 2 weeks minimum), PLUS all travel expenses, and lodging. I will be basically going wherever you are, for as long as you need me there, and will NOT be training any other clients in the mean time. 
 
What About Seminars, Speaking Engagements and Other Corporate Events?
If you are with a company or agency that wishes to host a speaking event on any topic related to health and fitness, I am available to speak to a gathering as small as 10 people to as large as thousands. Below are some of topics that I can speak to your employees or audience about:

  • How blood sugar levels affect performance

  • Why you need to eat MORE to lose weight

  • The obvious productivity enhancements brought about by a better health and fitness lifestyle

  • How to time and structure meals to enhance body fat levels and muscle gain

  • How short duration high intensity cardiovascular exercise is far more effective at losing weight than lower intensity, longer duration exercise

  • How to find the "time" and motivation to do the little things to lower body fat levels

  • Visualization that allows you to see the possibilities of a better body, and turn that into motivation on an ongoing basis

  • Why we like to eat and the body’s efficient strategy to make us fat

Can You Help Me Set Up my Home Gym?
If you are in the process of setting up your own home gym, and need help choosing the layout, or the equipment that you need, I can help you zero in on a strategy that works for both your budget and goals. The fees involved with this set-up would depend on the location of the project as well as the time involved to see it to completion. See the Q and A page for more information.
 
What About Setting Up a Corporate Gym?
For businesses that are either creating a gym or workout facility from the ground up for their employees, or making changes to a current gym, I can aid in all aspects of design and implementation from start to finish.
This includes:

  • Scouting out potential locations either on your campus or in another area

  • Implementing a full-scale approach to accomplishing your corporate vision

  • Setting up the location for full use in as little time as possible
    purchasing of all cardiovascular and weight training equipment

  • Setting up on-site staff (finding personal trainers if necessary for the site, as well as complementary staff)

  • On-going facilitation of strategy to insure it meets the objectives of your company
